Account Deletion

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’d like to delete your Numberge account, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the game and go to the Settings window.

2. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see your Account ID along with a copy to clipboard icon. Tap this icon to copy your Account ID.

3. Send an email to support@bridgeandtunnelstudios.com with the subject line: Account Deletion.

4. In the body of the email, paste your Account ID and include a short request asking for your account to be deleted.

Once we receive your request, our team will queue your account for deletion. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
